I contacted customer service about an issue I was having and ended up waiting days before getting any real response. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the delay felt excessive. When they finally did reply, the answer wasn’t very helpful and didn’t really move things forward. Overall, it was frustrating and not the level of support I expected.

I used Organika for a few weeks and didn’t feel any difference at all. I went into it hoping it would help with my energy or just make me feel a bit better, but it really felt like I was taking it for no reason.

Maybe it works great for some people, but I didn’t notice better sleep, more energy, or any clear results. I kept waiting for something to change, and nothing really did.

For the price, I definitely expected more. I kind of regret not reading more reviews first because I probably would’ve skipped it. I won’t be buying it again.

I tried to return my order it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and I had to email more than once just to figure out what was going on. More than once, which was really frustrating.

The refund also took too long, and the replies I got felt generic, like no one was really paying attention. Not a good experience, not a good experience at all.

Just a heads up if you’re ordering from organika.com: double-check your package as soon as it arrives. I placed an order for a few supplements, but what showed up wasn’t what I ordered. One item was completely missing, and there was another product in the box that I never picked.

I went back and checked my confirmation email, and my order was clear, so this wasn’t a mix-up on my end. It was frustrating because the missing item was the one I actually needed right away.

Customer service also took longer than I expected to respond, and I had to explain the problem more than once. Not the best first experience, and I’d be cautious ordering from them if you need something quickly or want to avoid the hassle.

My order finally showed up, the packaging was in rough shape. The box was crushed, one of the items had leaked a bit, and there was powder all over the other stuff inside. The seal looked weak too, which is just frustrating. The products themselves might still be fine, but for what I paid, I expected it to arrive clean and properly packed. Annoying to deal with

It just tasted a bit stale to me. Not terrible or anything, but yeah, I don’t really feel like it was worth grabbing again.
